Miguel Zuccardi, the youngest member of the emblematic winemaking family, founded the Olive Oil Division in 2004, and today its area of R&D experiments with more than 100 varieties. In Maipú, Mendoza, the organic olive orchard consists of 80 hectares planted with different varieties surrounded by native bush. The organic agricultural practices in place both allow for and encourage a rich biodiversity thanks to an ecosystem of wild and native plants, insects, birds, and other creatures that make the area such a unique one. Pan y Oliva restaurant - located on-site - invites guests to make their own olive oil, participate in a cooking class, or try a tasting, using the space to create a genuine exchange of information and new learnings.
