Miguel Gonzalez Larraguibel

Since 2005, when he started working as a waiter -and later as a bartender- at the Mestizo restaurant in Santiago de Chile, he has not stopped working in the cocktail business. He has worked in renowned venues such as C, Maldito Chef, Boragó and Arola.
Miguel González Larraguibel -his first name- launched in 2015, together with the NGO Causas Nobles, the "Nameless Dinners" initiative. In the initiative, which takes place three times a year, prominent chefs are invited to prepare a special menu and all the proceeds go to help people with limited resources or disabilities.
