A family-run project founded in 2011, Müller & Wolf was inspired by the culinary style of China Müller, co-owner and chef at Casa Cassis in Bariloche. There, innumerable products are developed on-site at both the restaurant and its organic garden. The company doesn’t produce just vinegars, however; dressings, shrubs, nectars, relishes, and other small-batch items are on offer. Everything is made in the most natural way possible, without preservatives, incorporating fruit, flowers, and local Patagonian spices. Müller & Wolf products were created to be used in gastronomy and mixology as well as pastry, baking, and other desserts.
