El pisco Argentino

Its creators are Laura Farés and Natalia Pizarro, two Mendoza natives that grew up close to the harvest, cocktail lovers that founded the brand to apply their expertise in innovative ways. The product is a blend of Torrontés Riojano and Muscat of Alexandria; once the grapes are harvested by hand in Mendoza, co-fermentation is carried out at a low temperature and in contact with the skins to preserve the characteristic aromas of each varietal. Pisco is a crystal-clear spirit and its bouquet is reminiscent of rue, citrus, and mint. Combined with the typical Muscat of Alexandria notes - honey and jasmine - its flavor is soft and subtle, like the inside of a white peach, balanced by the syrup’s sweetness.

Recommended perfect serve: ice, Calavera pisco, tonic, and a touch of lemon or grapefruit.
