Expresión Orgánica proposes a return to the “eat local, eat seasonal” ethos. Using agroecological practices, respecting the natural growth and development processes of seeds and their fruits, aromas, textures, and flavors of each crop are recovered and celebrated. Everything is grown under the sun and harvested on demand, reaching the consumer shortly after being picked. Core development takes place in the western suburbs of Buenos Aires, and recently incorporated work with producers in Mendoza and San Juan to respect and diversify a regional focus.
