Joe Schofield is one of the world’s most recognized bartenders, having lived around the world throughout his incredible career. In July 2018, he received one of the industry’s most prestigious honors: International Bartender of the Year at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards. Soon thereafter, he was awarded another equally prestigious honor, Bartender’s Bartender at The World’s 50 Best Bars, making him the only person in history to receive both titles. Joe currently divides his time between Manchester (UK) and Asia, with his own projects: Schofield’s Bar - which he founded and runs alongside his brother, Daniel - and Sensorium, a consulting firm he manages with partner Ryan Clift. Joe and Daniel also co-authored a cocktail book in addition to launching their own brand of dry vermouth with Asterley Bros.
