Editor and communicator. For the past six years, he has been writing reports and profiles of personalities linked to gastronomy: chefs, winemakers, bartenders, sommeliers. This search has taken him to the interior of Peru, Rio de Janeiro, La Paz, Venice, Barcelona and Madrid. As a journalist, he covered World Class 2017 in Mexico City, Latin America's 50 Best Restaurant 2019 in Buenos Aires and was one of the reviewers for the 50Best Bars 2019. With La Caja Azul, a creative agency born in Lima in 2021, he has created the graphic identity of some brands linked to gastronomy, the food industry and winemaking.
