Mariana García del Rio is from Jujuy, a lover of fire, the countryside, the wild and its culture. She defines herself as a globetrotter, always looking for challenges. Her cuisine is characterised by the products of the region, the aromas of the puna, and a constant play with the infinite possibilities of fusions, acquired by the history of her family, European migrants. Mariana believes that revaluing ancestral ingredients, the healthy and what comes from the land is fundamental to continue creating culture, and that without young people to whom to pass on knowledge, there is no future. She is currently in charge of gastronomy at Pristine Camps, where she incorporates her own style without neglecting the history and heritage of the native peoples.
